Who is Stephanie?

Highly Skilled Event Manager Specialising in Defence, Security & Space Events.

For over 13 years, I’ve been delivering events across the defence and aerospace sector - from major UK exhibitions like DSEI, Farnborough and RIAT, to international shows across the US, Europe, the Middle East and the Far East.

I integrate and work as part of your team, understanding the people involved, the priorities at play, and the purpose behind being at each event. I focus on what matters: who you need to reach, the conversations you want to have, and the outcomes you expect.

My role spans the full event cycle: advising on which events deserve your investment, shaping how we show up, and managing every element that brings the plan to life. From stakeholder communication and pre-event preparation, to smooth delivery on-site and post-event follow-through, every stage is covered.

Events are an investment - of time, people and attention. They deserve to feel organised, aligned and productive - not overwhelming.

I’m here to make it manageable. To organise the moving parts, keep people connected, and make sure the time, money and resources you invest is used with intention. When the process feels steady, your team can be fully present in the room rather than firefighting behind the scenes.

I’m not interested in ticking boxes. The real value of events comes from people - the conversations, the connections, the moments that can only happen face-to-face. I pay attention to how an environment makes people feel and how easy it is for them to engage. When that’s right, everything else follows. I work best in the room, reading the space, supporting the team, and creating events that elevate presence and make the right impression.

Away from the show floor, I’m all about the fun stuff - time with my favourite people, impromptu plans, and the occasional glass of something chilled to celebrate the little wins.
